Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Umakov

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items to ensure they are in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
